Brexit drags UK property market to weakest level in six years. House price growth slowed to a six-and-a-half-year low in September with prices dropping in the southeast of England, according to the latest figures from Your Move.
A series of reforms were brought in which cuase a penalty on landlords. These included a stamp duty surcharge on additional properties, making it more expensive for investors.
